The GARMENT DISTRICT
Being adventurous, I decided to explore the downtown Power & Light district of Kansas City for boutiques. I stumbled across The Garment District which I believe is a hidden hotspot. With all the shopping traffic that is accumulated in the PLAZA you think those people would make their way to downtown because the commute is only minutes away. But because this isn't the case this store is a hidden gem, waiting to be discovered.
The Garment District is one of 7 stores that are exclusive to only the KC area, they are all owned and managed by the same person. This wonderland is located at 1350 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64105.
The Garment District isn't only a boutique with unique fashions, but inside you can have a cocktail as you shop or recline in sofas that would make your tense backs ease with relaxation.
Their wide variety of clothing ranges from baby accessories, mens apparel, and woman's apparel. The prices are affordable but there are some pieces that may 'break the bank' -- but these items are exclusive and worth every penny.

I love this store. The prices are reasonable for how cute some of the pieces are. The mannequins near the ceiling are an awesome touch, visually. I guess you'll shell out a few extra bucks to have something special! ;-) -Samara

I love this boutique, me and a good friend paid a visit. Love the bar. they have so many great pieces'. I can;t wait to purchase my boots from there next week.
